"3eme sans ascensceur, état delabré des parties communes ( entrée,couloir, escaliers). Le chauffage était compliqué à gérer nous avons heureusement trouvé un peu plus tard un chauffage portable dans les armoires."

"The apartment is about 10mins away from Montparnasse station, and there are couple of metro stations nearby so access to the city center is easy. The stuff was trying to help us whenever we had problems although they seemed not to be so familiar with the facility. (For example when I asked how to use the AC, they didn’t realize that there’s no AC in the property)"

"The stairs from the building’s entrance to the apartment smelled really bad. There’s no AC, so you have to use the fan and open the windows if you’re staying during the summer, but if you do so, the noise from the street might bother you. Also there’s no stairs and the property is at the third floor so if you have a lot of luggage it might be hectic."

"Appartamento ampio per standard parigini; fornito di tutte le comodità anche per un eventuale soggiorno più lungo del nostro. Cucina molto ben attrezzata, autonoma; lavatrice, ferro da stiro ecc. Sala soggiorno ampia comoda. Camera da letto con affaccio in strada ma ugualmente silenziosa. Ed al mattino risveglio con profumo di croissant proveniente dall’ottima boulangerie sotto casa…."

"Удобное расположение для путешествий общественным транспортом.3 ветки метро поблизости, станция Pernety в 1 минуте ходьбы, рядом автобусная остановка. На углу восхитительная булочная, рядом супермаркет, множество ресторанов. Квартира полностью соответствует описанию на Booking, хорошо укомплектована кухня, все в рабочем состоянии: отопление, горячая вода и т д. Удобный матрас. Немного обшарпано, но впечатление позитивное."

"Неудобно, что ключи необходимо получить и забрать в другом месте в 7 минутах ходьбы. И об этом информация была получена уже после осуществления бронирования. В итоге место сдачи было закрыто, пришлось полчаса ждать новых инструкций на ледяном ветру, и потом возвращаться обратно в квартиру на 3-й этаж по очень крутой лестнице, чтобы оставить ключи внутри. Уже давно практикуется получение ключей в ящиках с кодами."

"The place was clean and cozy. The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the metro, and in a wonderful place to walk around. You also find all the needed appliances and amenities, so all your needs are covered."

"The hot water in the shower is a bit tricky. You have to figure out how to adjust the knobs in order to get hot water. Several times, I found myself suddenly getting cool or freezing water even when the degree of the water was set to hot."
